Drugs Unit Wins Government Praise |

Middlesbrough Police's Drugs Unit was last night celebrating after its work in tackling drugs won national recognition and praise. For the second year running, the District Drugs Unit (DDU) has received commendations for best practice in the field of drugs investigation. The awards are part of the Home Office's Tackling Drugs, Changing Lives initiative and are given to organisations who lead the way in the fight against drugs.
