 Sexy! Incorporating a cleaner, more professional design with a slicker user interface, it is, without doubt the best Teesside Online launched since it's conception over six years ago.
Now, as with every new launch (especially mine - ed), there are bound to be a few teething troubles, and members (and visitors) are asked to report anything at all using the 'Contact Us' page of the site. So - whats here? Well, a brief look around will make you realise that some of the old content has gone. Much of it was out of date and we are in the process of re-hashing all the old content to be fresher and more up-to-date. The forums are still here, simply click on the 'Forums' link int he top menu or Online Communiy > Chat Forums in the left hand menu. New to the site are greatly improved profiles, with up to 30 images to upload, comment, and friends lists. Over the coming months, further imptrovements will be launched. Also coming up is a brand new Games Arcade and Photo Gallery, with new games and new images from the Teesside region. News items & Features can now be commented on, as can be seen at the bottom of this story.
We have a brand new Classifieds section, replacing the old one, which is completely free to site members and also a new reviews section. We have decided to get rid of all the old reviews from the old site for two reasons:
1. Many of the venues had since closed down
2. We couldn't be bothered with the hassle of transferring them - they just didn't fit into the new structure. So go mad and get reviewing please and lets fu=ill up the reviews section. Finally, using the left menu Teesside > Teesside Hotels, you can book Hotels in Teesside and indeed all over the world. This helps fund this site, as we get a small percentage of every booking, so please make good use of it if you need to book a hotel.
