 Studio 64 is Middlesbrough's community recording studio set up by Middlesbrough Music Collective in 1986. Based on Corporation Road in Middlesbrough, it employs a Developement worker and Studio Manager, and has many volunteer Studio Technicians.
Because of it's volunteer basis, the studio can offer excellent rates for recording, rehearsing and tape duplication. They also run a number of courses on music recording and the like, details of which are available on their web site. They operate a 24 track analogue recording studio and also boast three rehearsal rooms with amps and mics and PA Hire.
